Yes, you will be able to
access the domain name with or without the WWW in front. For
example, you could access the domain name
"yourdomain.dom" by going to "www.yourdomain.dom"
as well as "yourdomain.dom".
How do I transfer
files to my web site ?
Files must be
transferred to the web server via File Transport Protocol
(FTP). CuteFTP is VERY easy to use, and has a very intuitive,
easy to use interface. The lower left panel is YOUR COMPUTER -
the lower right panel is THE REMOTE SITE - in this instance,
your Admissive Hosting ftp site. Everything is
drop and drag - to upload, drag the appropriate file from the
left panel to the right panel. To download a file on the
remote server, simply reverse the process - drag the file on
the remote server - lower right hand panel - over to the lower
left panel. Easy!
Will I have unlimited
access to update my pages ?
You have unlimited
access via FTP to your site over the Internet 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. You can "upload" files to your site -
in other words, transfer files from your computer to the Admissive
Hosting web servers on the Internet - and you can
also "download" files from your site - in other
words, transfer files from your site on the Admissive
Hosting web servers, to your computer.
Can multiple domains
point to the same HTML files ?
Yes, you can stack
additional domain names to your account for a one time $10
setup fee per domain. Domain
name stacking means we add the domain onto
your
existing domain name. This is generally used for example when
you want
.com .net and
.org of the same domain name to resolve to the same location.
Do you host other
domain extensions besides .Com .Net or .Org?
Yes, we host ALL domain
name extensions - .ca, .nu, .to, .ws, .co.uk, .cc, etc.
Do you accept
international orders ?
Yes. We are pleased to
have customers around the world and we're as close as your
computer. We host all domain name extensions.
What contract and
payment terms are available?
We offer a annual
payment option. For more information, visit our plans
& pricing section. We accept Visa & Master Card, as
well as personal and business checks through PayPal.Com.
How long does it take
to set up a new account ?
We process orders around
the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Once an
account is set up an activation notice will be sent to you via
email including a userid, password, and FTP hostname. You can
begin uploading files to your new web site immediately.

Do you offer technical
support?
At Admissive Hosting
we have a
running staff of industry experienced technicians monitoring

While you can always reach our technical
support team via the link on our contact page, upon setting up
an account we will email you an email and name of a technical
support representative that is specifically assigned to you.
This allows for faster service and more personalized support.
While we strive to help our customers as
much as possible, we unfortunately do not offer technical
support at this time for advanced server features such as
server DNS settings and databases. This much helps keep our
costs down on these severs, thus allowing us to charge our
ridiculously low prices.
We do however have a full documented manual
available, for all questions regarding your Plesk Panel,
adding databases etc.
Admissive
Hosting guarantees a response of less then 48hours. But,
